Once you place your order and the payment is verified, please allow up to 1-2 business days to process and ship your order. In peak periods please allow for up to 5 business days for dispatch. Some orders may be shipped no later than 30 days

If you need to change or cancel your order, please Contact Us immediately. Once your order has been processed, we will be unable to make any changes or cancellations. 

“Unfulfilled” just means that we successfully received your order! Once your order is processed and shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number and your order status will change to “Fulfilled.”

If you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to return an item, please Contact Us within 60 days from receiving your order. Any brand new product can be returned for a full refund. Please contact Customer Support with your order number as well as the reason for your return; they will schedule the return and provide you with the necessary information to move forward. Note, shipping charges are non-refundable.
